1 Payment Processing

• Payments are securely processed through Stripe. By booking a stay, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total reservation cost.

• We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

2 Security Deposit

• A refundable security deposit may be required at the time of booking to cover potential damages. This deposit will be returned within [Insert timeframe] after check-out, provided no damages are reported.

3 Taxes and Fees

• Prices listed are exclusive of applicable taxes and service fees, which will be calculated at checkout.

1 Cancellation by Guest

• Flexible Policy: Cancellations made 7 days before check-in will receive a full refund.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made after this period are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.

2 Cancellation by Mecca Destinations

• In rare cases, we may need to cancel a reservation due to unforeseen circumstances. In such instances, guests will receive a full refund.

1 Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in time: 11 AM | Check-out time: 3 PM

• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

2 Property Use and Conduct

• Guests must respect house rules provided at check-in.

• Any damages must be reported immediately. Guests are responsible for damage costs exceeding the security deposit.

• Smoking, parties, and unauthorized guests are prohibited.

• Mecca Destinations is not liable for personal injuries, loss, or damage of personal belongings during your stay.

• We are not responsible for third-party services, including transportation or local excursions.

• Guests are advised to purchase travel insurance for added protection.

• Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which complies with Stripe’s security and data protection guidelines. We do not store credit card details.

• Mecca Destinations reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
